Members of the North American Railcar Operators' Association (NARCOA) gather occasionally to tour Indiana Northeastern Railroad on a summer weekend.

2001 - The afternoon before the motorcar run, GP30 2185 is dead at Edon, Ohio. It won't start because the oil pressure for the turbo won't come up. It appears the motor on the turbo oil pump is bad.

Sunrise at Ashley, the gathering point for the railcar operators

Safety inspection - all cars must conform to a list of working required safety equipment, and all operators must comply with the operating rules of the host railroad.
