An April, 2001, excursion from Pleasant Lake, Indiana north to Angola and then south to Hamilton and Ashley and return to Pleasant Lake with Dave DeVries' caboose CV 4043, originally built for Central Vermont Railway in 1972.

Rest & food stop in Angola at the site of the former depot
Curve at Steubenville, Indiana, the junction with the east-west former Wabash trackage between South Milford, Indiana and Montpelier, Ohio. South Milford is the western terminus of the line, and Montpelier is the connection with Norfolk Southern Railroad. Here, we'll run east to Hamilton, Indiana before reversing direction.
Troy will use the siding here to run the locomotive around the caboose for the trip west to Ashley
Maintenance of Way equipment at Ashley, with piles of ballast rock.
Back through Steubenville again, headed for Pleasant Lake.
