David built most of this sawmill from scratch, using head blocks and set-works from an older mill. Here are some photos of it in operation in 2004, powered by my 1937 Case L bought from Mr. John Parchim of Cedarburg, Wisconsin in 1968 and restored by us in 1998..

These photos are from April 21, 2010, and show the quartersawing of a fair-sized beech log felled by a storm. David's 1951 Case DC is providing power.
